Refund policy

We want you to love your AuraFizz order. Because we sell both consumable beverages and apparel, different return rules apply depending on the product type.

Beverage Products (Final Sale)

All AuraFizz beverage products are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped due to food safety regulations.

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • defective,

  • or incorrect,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Photos of product and packaging

If approved, we may provide:

  • replacement product

  • store credit

  • or refund to the original payment method

Apparel Returns

Apparel items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, apparel must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • unused

  • in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or consumed beverages

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address or Carrier Delays

AuraFizz LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
